A glimpse into a pastor’s heart

The writer is clearly a true pastor. WE SEE THIS IN HIS TEACHING **Stirring up their devotion to Christ and their dependence on Christ. Christ who is the central Person in this letter, from beginning (Heb 1:1-2)  to end (Heb 13:20-21), and all through the letter. **Warning the flock—about the dangerous pitfalls in the journey and not neglect their salvation, not to harden their heart when they hear His voice, to move on to maturity and solid food, and be warned of the great danger of falling away, not to forsake the assembling, not to sin deliberately. **Feeding the flock on the deep doctrines of holy scripture 2Tim 4:2 WE SEE THIS IN HIS TENDERNESS True tender love is truthful, brave, loving, and gentle (Heb 6:9 1Cor 13:4-6), so this pastor warns (John10:11-13, 1Pet5:2-4, 2Cor11:28) The true pastor thinks the very best of his flock (Heb 6:9).
